We’re excited to introduce docs.iinkedsign.com, the new and improved iinked Sign by Syngrafii API documentation, designed to help integrators move from setup to production faster. The new platform provides a clearer path through Quickstart, Authentication, OAuth 2.0, Sandbox, Workflows, and Webhooks content, along with practical guidance, usage examples, and best practices for integrating with our API.
Why the Change?
Our goal is to enhance clarity and usability for our integrators. The new documentation platform offers a more intuitive interface, improved navigation, and enhanced search capabilities, making it easier for developers to find the information they need quickly and efficiently. In addition, existing guides have been rewritten to focus more directly on real integration challenges, helping teams get from initial setup to live implementation with less friction.

- A clearer, faster onboarding experience – Integrators can now get started more easily with a dedicated Quickstart guide that walks through creating an API key, sending a first package request, and exploring the Postman collection for additional examples.
- More practical guidance for real-world integrations – The new documentation includes rewritten guides and stronger implementation support across workflows and webhooks, including signing workflow options such as Concurrent, Sequential, Group Send, and Video Signing Room (VSR), as well as webhook guidance for events like package executed, document executed, and document signed.
